(1) Large fluid resistance: Since the flow path of the stop valve is relatively tortuous, the fluid resistance is relatively large, especially in small-diameter pipelines.(2) Fast wear: Because the flow channel of the stop valve is relatively narrow and the fluid velocity is fast, it is easy to cause wear of the valve components.(3) Not suitable for fluids with a lot of suspended matter: Since the flow channel of the stop valve is narrow, it is easy for the suspended matter in the fluid to block the flow channel, so it is not suitable for fluids with a lot of suspended matter.
